[okfn-discuss] okfn strategy

How about if the presentation stays as presenting okfn strategy, but saying, as you said, that this is a work in progress. OKFN has recently completed the first step, developing the vision, goals, values and motivations, and these are listed in this presentation. The next step will be to develop the details of the strategies, and this is expected to happen over the 2013/2014 years, with input from the community, through meetings, on line discussions, etc.

The slides answer your question about the item discussed at the board meeting in May - I entirely agree they aren't a detailed strategy plan.  (Nonetheless, I would say that they contain more information about strategic direction than may first meet the eye - setting out our vision, goals, values and motivations this clearly is a fairly recent step.)

We are working on more details of implementation and communication and will be sharing more of this as we make progress this year.
