[okfn-discuss] OKFN Labs officially launched

http://OKFNLabs.org/ <http://okfnlabs.org/> officlally launched a couple of
weeks ago as the *central community hub* at the Open Knowledge Foundation
for *tech* and *data wrangler* folks - those interested in "making" (tools,
apps and insights) with code and data.

Please share its existence any relevant folks!
