[okfn-discuss] Welcoming Cameroon, Bermuda, Kenya, Guernsey and New Zealand to the Open Knowledge global community

Dear everyone,

We are delighted to announce the establishment of new Local Groups in
another handful of countries: Cameroon, Bermuda, Kenya, Guernsey and New
Zealand!

This brings the tally of Open Knowledge local presences above 50 and we're
incredibly excited for all us to help connect the communities in these
countries with the rest of the network. You can read more about the groups
