[okfn-discuss] CSV probem

hello to all,
I am trying to convert data which is in excel sheet to CSV format from my
native language i.e. Nepali. When I convert (save as) to csv format my
whole title goes to ???? mark, which I cant visualize it neither I can
publish the data. So, any one can help me.
