Actually, CC-BY is already partly copyleft : the work can never be
distributed as a whole under a more restrictive license. CC-BY-SA really
makes the difference whenever there is partial reuse or remix (for
instance, a book incorporating parts of Wikipedia that goes beyond short
quotes has to be CC-BY-SA). Personally I always use either CC-BY-SA or
CC0 (depending on whether I want to keep strongly my work in the commons
or give it away as liberally as possible).
