[OKFN-EN] Global Opendata Index (2)

Hi Mor,
 is Andrea again. Can I suggest to add "Pension and Social security data"
to the list of data for the index? it seems to be a compelling debate
nowadays in Europe. It can form a basis for future policy evaluation I
think.
