[OKFN-EN] Seeking UK Open Data expert for background interview

Greetings,
My name is Travis Korte, and I'm a research analyst at the U.S. non-profit
think tank The Center for Data Innovation. We're working on a report
looking at G7 countries' commitments to the G8 open data charter and their
progress thereupon. I'm interviewing experts in each of the countries to
dig deeper into certain parts of the open data ecosystem, and I've had some
trouble finding UK experts. I've spoken with Jeni Tennison at ODI so far
and am looking to speak with another couple of people in the next week or
so.
