[OKFN-FR] INSPIRE conference 4/5 March Brussels, for geodata interested ppl

For those on this list, interested in geodata:

On 4th and 5th of March, 2013 the conference "Safety, Mobility,
Sustainability... Powered by Inspire"  will take place in Brussels. Spatial
data are indispensible ingredients for decision making concerning our
environment. Powered by the European INSPIRE directive, spatial data under
34 environmental themes is made available for re-use. These data can be
connected cross border. How can governments, companies and citizens benefit
from this? What does it take to taste it's full potential?

Find out what Director-General of the European Commissions DG environment
Mr.Karl Falkenberg, Ed Parsons from Google and Minister of Home Affairs and
Local Government of North Rhine-Westphalia, Ralf Jäger see for public and
citizen benefit. Check in on tracks on safety, mobility and sustainability.
Visit the linked open data tracks. Find out how data could be better used
in EU directives or join one of the inspiring dinners to meet new people
and discuss in an informal setting.****
