[okfn-help] domainmodel movements

Finally got the releases of /domainmodel/ under automatic test.

Basically, I wrote a /domainmodel/ plugin for /provide/, and a test case 
for the deployment, which deploys the published /domainmodel/ 
distribution as a real application service, setting up databases etc and 
running unit tests just as a new user would. It provides a lot of 
confidence.

I'm going to release /domainmodel/ v0.3 soon, and then repeat the 
exercise for /KForge/ v1.0 (later).
