Um, both that that's been going on for a while already (which is a good
thing), and that we could now name proposals to cover the costs of the work.

And that it would be good to situate such a proposal along with others
that cover other outcomes the OKF wants to achieve. We'd quickly have an
impressive list of costed outcomes that we can present as a strategic
plan to supporters.

It might only take 30 mins to make a basic list?
