[okfn-help] Ideas for features in CKAN

Ideas for features for exploring material on CKAN:

  * tick boxes on package search + tag/read pages to restrict search
to (i) packages which are open and/or (ii) packages that have a
download url
  * drop down menu on search result + tag/read pages with options to list in:
    * alphabetical order
    * order of entry (current?)
    * order of latest edit

Also it would be amazing if one day one could view packages with a
given set of tags by using a certain URL, a la delicious. E.g.
something like:

  http://ckan.net/tag/read/uk+science
  http://ckan.net/tags/uk+science
  http://ckan.net/tags/uk&science
