Here's a bit more information about CKAN in RDF format. You can also
view a package in RDF with a URL like this (for
32000-naples-florida-businesses-kml):
http://api.talis.com/stores/ckan/meta?about=http%3A%2F%2Fckan.net%2Fpackage%2Frdf%2F32000-naples-florida-businesses-kml

You can change the output format from RDF by appending something like:
&output=json
