It does. :-)

Therefore, the installer now defaults to "no site packages" (for 
isolation), using SQLite for the KForge database (for simplicity), 
enabling the Subversion plugin if Subversion is detected (for 
convenience), installing Trac and enabling the Trac plugin (again for 
convenience). There's even a --dump-file option (for data migration).

I reckon all good software groups should have KForge on the LAN. ;-)
