I've started fleshing out a basic WDMMG intro/overview site on wordpress.com:

I hope to get this moved/mounted at http://wheredoesmymoneygo.org/ asap.

My plan is for this wordpress site to form the skeleton with the rest
of the prototype mounted in and around it in as seamless a way as
possible. If you think there is a better way to go let me know :)
