I updated this section with some links. As far as I understand the problem is that most VOIP solutions have a performace / traffic issue with more than a hand full of participants. So we might have to think about "dial-in telephone conferences", for example:

Meetyoo

	• http://en.meetyoo.de/audio-conference/product-overview/
	• International dial in numbers
	• No fix costs and Free to the participants
	• 0.11 Euro Cent per minute / per Participant

This or others, I think we should try one of these solutions asap. Only on 13. April we are already looking fwd for the next EU Open Data Telco. And there is no tool or concept jet. How can we get this solved and done?
