[okfn-help] kforge password reminder -> 500 error

I made a ticket here - i had forgotten my username and put a 
non-existing username in the login field and selected the "Forgot 
password" checkbox, got a 500 error, is this a kforge or trac config 
problem?

I subsequently did remember my login details. I would like to add a new 
component ('coord') to the okfn tracker but don't see how (with current 
level of credentials?), advice apprec.
