[okfn-help] still problems with de.ckan.net translation

fuzzy is added whenever update_catalog is called and "merges" some
strings. Since the process is automatic, sometimes it makes errors.

So the translator should go over every string marked as fuzzy, review
that the result is correct and remove the fuzzy tag.
