[okfn-help] FYI: TriG output support in ordf/ckanrdf

I've just implemented a TriG serializer for rdflib, it lives
in ordf.serlializer, and means that "-f trig" will generally
work from ordf(1) or the various paster commands (e.g.
ckanrdf) for output only
