[okfn-help] Problem with spam on ok-berlin at lists.okfn.org

As administrator you can:

1. Go to mailman admin interface
2. Go to privacy options for sender:
<http://lists.okfn.org/mailman/admin/ok-berlin/privacy/sender>
3. Go to "Action to take for postings from non-members for which no
explicit action is defined."
<http://lists.okfn.org/mailman/admin/ok-berlin/?VARHELP=privacy/sender/generic_nonmember_action>
4. Set this to "discards"
5. NB: this will mean all non-member postings are *automatically*
discarded. This will stop you getting annoying "this message needs
approval emails" but also means you'll miss examples where someone
legitimate has posted but without being a member. Frankly I don't
think this is much a problem and we have set this option for most OKFN
lists long ago.
