[okfn-help] Urgent: conference call facilities

We recently had problems with capacity on Skype for the latest EU open
data call - which reminded me how much we need a good conference call
provider with a full range of international dial in numbers.

Any ideas on this front? E.g. what do W3C use? Probably worth paying
for something solid as it is potentially key part of our
infrastructure...
