Thanks for the Link, I will look into that!
The Spam-Registrations seem to be a "Wordpress MU with Buddypress" issue.
There's a hole in the Wordpress MU code that allows spam bots to skip 
the captcha and to register, even though required fields for 
registration are not filled out.
