[okfn-help] Cache not refreshing on opengovernmentdata.org

Someone who knows Wordpress better than I may be able to answer this.

I made an edit to http://opengovernmentdata.org/data/ several hours ago, but
it hasn't yet been reflected on the public-facing website. Is that normal?
