[okfn-help] Contacts management / CRM software?

I wonder whether anyone has any experience or recommendations in
relation to contacts management / CRM software?

In particular I'd really like to be able to do faceted browsing, e.g.
to establish who in the OKF's network is interested in which topics.

At the moment, from speaking to Friedrich and several other people, I
get the impression that SugarCRM could be a good one to try:
