[okfn-help] Squid config gone

Hi all,

the squid configuration file on eu6 was a broken symlink to /home/okfn
(which seems to have been deleted) and somehow squid chose to go down
over this right now. I've tried using the version from sysadmin HG to
restore it quickly but I think it is outdated and I keep getting
failures (essentially, everything is down atm.)

I have no clear idea of how this setup is intended to look at this
stage and could use some help.
