[okfn-help] Community/user profiles

As we've previously discussed think it would be useful to make user
profiles more prominent. Such a small think, but allowing user info
(like Wikipedia user pages) might make a big difference in terms of
foregrounding how its a community driven project. Basic info might
include free text, website URL, etc. (is there any standard way we
could do this? e.g. integration with other services?).

Also somehow allowing discussion between users? E.g. someone is
interested in a particular kind of data, might be able to contact
someone who has added lots of data of a particular kind.
