I opened a ticket saying that the 'Is It Open?' emails from person
making enquiry (me) are emailed to requester - but I'm not receiving
messages in reply to the ones that I send via email:

  http://knowledgeforge.net/okfn/tasks/ticket/111

To follow this up - I have received my follow own follow up email
(below) - but still haven't received the reply to my original enquiry
via email.

Thanks for your reply Josh! I wonder if I could ask you what your
reason is for using a non-commercial license, as opposed to a license
which is open (as in opendefinition.org)?

I also wonder if you have seen the legal tools to make data open at:

Warm regards,

Jonathan

In particular we would like to know whether the material can be made available under an open license of some kind.
