[okfn-help] KForge v0.17 almost ready

Dear all,

KForge 0.17 is almost ready. The performance is rather fine now, and 
with loads of other improvement, it's looking like a really great version!

There's a very helpful Install Guide, with clear instructions on how to 
use the (very new) kforgevirtualenv.py installer:

For users of KForge 0.16, the migration path is well documented, and 
even supported by the installer (see the --dump-file option).

Before public release, it would be nice to download the installer, give 
it a go, and let me know about all the snags you find. :-)
