[okfn-help] Can now alias wordpress subsites of okfn.org to any domain

You can now ,ap wordpress multisite subdomains of okfn.org to full
domains (http://knowledgeforge.net/okfn/tasks/ticket/551 is done!)

You can configure this in a subsites tools -> domain mapping section
in the wp-admin.

NB: will also need to update okfn.org apache2 file with relevant
server alias and obviously configure dns.

This means that we can just set up subsites at okfn.org for new
wordpress sites. As an example I've aliased http://ckan.okfn.org/ to
http://blog.ckan.org/ and I plan to set up opendatamanual.org asap.
