[okfn-help] suggestion: ordf back-end for talis store

If you guys at Talis want to make one, it'll make life easy for
you when it comes to using ORDF to make content to put
in one of your triplestores (e.g. like ckanrdf does). It'd probably
be an afternoon's work for someone familiar with the python
libraries that are normally used to talk to a Talis store.

When done just do,

	ordf.readers = talis
	ordf.writers = talis

No need to serialize large amounts of data at once to make a
dump and then figure out how to import it.

Cheers,
-w
