[okfn-help] Technical contributions to OKF just got lots easier

Github has just added a full-blown IDE in a browser to its offering.
If you would like to contribute to one of the OKF's technical projects
hosted on Github, all you need to do is click the edit button and the
site will take care of the fork/commit businesses.
