[okfn-help] We're migrating our servers!

Hi all,

Several people have noted recently that some of our sites may have
been a bit sluggish or unresponsive recently.

I'm happy to say that a big server migration is currently underway,
which means that in about 2 weeks everything should be much more
responsive.
