[okfn-help] PreOKCon CKAN Dev Workshop (Was: Workshops preceding OKCon)

Ok, so David is just waiting to hear back on whether his costs can be
covered to do the workshop.
Apart from that, David - are you happy with the programme as it is and
ready to shoot as soon as we have confirmation?
