To conform with Twitter hashtag (#ddj), and also for sake of brevity
(ddj at lists.okfn.org).

I found one post from 2001 which says it is a complete nightmare [1],
another from 2007 which seems to imply this is possible but a bit of a
hassle.

If it was something one could do via the web interface I would rename
it straight away. If its a big deal then no matter.
