[okfn-help] Help wanted bulk de-spamming wiki.openliterature.net

Unfortunately http://wiki.openliterature.net just got hit by a big
spam attack. I've now stopped this by restricting writes to logged in
users and enabling recaptcha (this is normally default but did not do
this here initially). However we do need to remove (in bulk) all the
spam.
