[okfn-help] [OKFN Tasks] #968: Add Brazilian Portuguese language to br.okfn.org

Admins - is there anyone else with sysadmin/ superadmin status on Wordpress 
who could help Elf with this action? Would be great to make it work well so 
that we can implement back-end language capabilities for other emerging 
OKFN Chapters as well :)

Nils maybe? Or Tom Rees?
