[okfn-help] Setting up publicdomainreview.org email addresses

Hi Adam,

the PDR aliases look fine on first sight. Before i dig into trouble 
shooting: how are you testing whether a mail address is working?

Please note that you cannot test a mail address from the very same GMail 
account which would finally receive the test mail because of GMail's 
infamous "dupe suppression".

Maybe this could explain it? If not, we look deeper into this.
