[okfn-help] KnowledgeForge repository on Open Textbooks

I was working on this a little last week; I've converted the repo to Git
and pushed it to BitBucket where we have infinite space (~25mb of files,
~34mb of .git files).

Suggest we:
* Close down the KForge repo
* Move the opentextbook website to our blog farm (+new design :)
