also strange is, that i couldn't find the dataset, only the website. i'm now
unsure, but i thought ckan is for datasets, and not websites in general. do
you have your dataset available as a download in csv/json or similar format?
that would be much more fitting on ckan, than a general link to kmonitor.

also i think there is multiple products that are involved here, first the code
on github, here agplv3 is a safe choice, for the data itself the cc or odbl
would be more fitting, but for the whole kmonitor website the CC is also very
nice to have, but that is a 3rd product i believe. so all in all i think this
licensing should be clarified further.
