[OKFN-IN] Submission of Modified Open Access Policy in ICAR Draft from Open Access Community

The Open Access India on behalf of global Open Access Community, had
submitted Modified Draft of ICAR Open Access Policy to
pddkma at icar.org.in and ndnaip at icar.org.in today before the closing
date (23rd May, 2013).

Please see the attached files for the Modified Policy Draft and the
Original Draft Policy.
