Dominic might have a view here, but somebody like the folks from DERI
(Deirdre Lee) might be best to focus on this area given my understanding is
that they are conducting some pretty neat research on linked data (and
indeed linked spatial data too). The fact that Deirdre is so regularly
involved with open data community activity here may smooth this path even
further
