[okfn-jp] Introduction: Open Data Enthusiast from Russia

I'm Vitaly and I work on Open Data last 6 years in Russia. I am the founder
of NGO Open City Foundation that promote Open Data in Russia and CIS. We
organize hackathons, trainings, create different projects based on open
data, educate people, journalists, officials how to work with open data.
I'm going to visit Tokyo at the end of July and I have some questions to
the local community:

   - I would be glad to meet you personally if you are also addicted to
   OpenData and Open Data is your life! I think we can find a lot of common
   topics. I would be glad to know more about Open Data in Japan
   - I'm looking for organization that can create invitation for me. It
   needs for my University to cover my spendings for travel and accommodation.
   If you can help - it would be perfect!
