[okfn-dev] Sensor Commons (real time sensor data)

I got pointed to an article earlier, about building a Sensor Commons which I thought worth sharing. It is pretty interesting if you're into sensor webs/networks (air quality, traffic, temperature that sort of thing) but thought others might find it interesting too.
