[okfn-dev] isitopendata: setting up i18n

Hi all,
I have just sent a call for translations to the OKF Italy working group,
following the progress we've made a few weeks ago with clearing i18n in
Genshi templates.

Can we start to prepare the current deployment at isitopendata.org on
eu2 to allow for translations? Is there any way to do
content-negotiation and set the language based on the user's language of
choice in their browser?
