[okfn-dev] OKF Site Banner

Hi all,

after a quick discussion yesterday I've set up a common banner for OKF
sites. You can see it at:

    http://uat.openspending.org/

If you want to include it in other OKF sites, just add the following
snippet to the page header:

   <script src="http://assets.okfn.org/banner/banner.js"></script>

I'd also be grateful for any feedback and ideas on this!
