[okfn-labs] nomenklatura: web-based, interactive data linking service

Hi all,

I've been doing a bit of hacking over the last few days on a data
linking service called nomenklatura. The idea is very simple: you have
a list of reference values (e.g. Parliamentarians, Countries,
Lobbyists) and want to match messy forms from raw data against these
values. The service offers a web interface for linking data manually
using a ranked list of candidates.

I'll be using this for OffenesParlament and EU lobby stuff, let me
know if there are any other use cases you can think of! The next
features I was thinking about is merging reference values, a refine
API and CSV up- and downloads.
