[okfn-labs] License for pybossa sample apps

I don't know if this is common to all the sample apps, but I was looking at
the Flickr person app to see whether it's really a 99% solution to the
image classification problem and noticed that it's using the most viral
license possible (AGPL).  Is this an intentional?  Normally sample code
uses a very liberal license (e.g. MIT, BSD, etc) to encourage wide adoption
with minimum friction.
