[okfn-labs] $10k prototyping awards for transparency & accountability ideas

There's a new competition for small grants to support prototyping and
testing of small projects to address transparency and accountability
challenges, which might be of interest:

Each idea could win up to $10k for a 2-6 month project to test it out.
You have until 16th November to apply.  Although it looks like data
ideas are going to be popular, entries don't have to be
technology-based...
