[okfn-labs] r-openspending a R package to access the OpenSpending API

Really awsome Michael, can't wait to test it.
I've saw you're planning to get it into CRAN: good point.

Does it download openspending data as data.frame R object?
This is one of best objects for dealing with data that R can provide.
