[okfn-labs] New EC working group with governmental data portals

Thanks for sharing Jaime!

Just to note that this working group has already been quite active and has
released a final draft [1] of a DCAT application profile for data portals
in Europe.
It's currently available for public review [2]; deadline has been extended
to 15 July 2013.

As part of our CKAN work for the LOD2 project we are looking at whether and
how to support this profile in CKAN.
