[okfn-labs] Task count problems

Hi Egil,

I think we have a bug in the system regarding that info, as someone else
has reported similar issues in the past, but I was not able to reproduce it
myself. I'll have a look and keep you posted, ok? Meanwhile, could you open
an issue in the PyBossa repo?
